Hand-painted and naturally dyed wall hanging in nature’s colour palette.

This wall hanging was born from the colours just outside my studio. Soft and warm earth tones and garden plants. I embroidered details to reflect my love for nature and the stories it tells me. A slow made wall hanging, bringing a little piece of the garden indoors. The soft earth colours and the illustraton were inspired by a surprise poppy that grows in our court yard. I love to watch it slowly grow at the foot of a rose,  waiting for it to bloom with delicate flowers in lovely faded colours.
